During 1970-2015 trade of Africa in current prices rose by 313.9 billion US dollars (in 24.5 times) to 327.2 billion US dollars; change occurred by 30.0 billion US dollars by increasing of people by 819.3 million, as well as by 283.9 billion US dollars by increasing of trade per capita by 239.8 US dollars. The average annual growth of trade of Africa was 7.0 billion US dollars or 7.4%. The average annual growth of trade of Africa in constant prices was 4.1%. Share in the world grew by 0.34%. Minimal trade was in 1970 (13.3 billion US dollars). Maximal trade was in 2014 (346.8 billion US dollars).

During 1970-2015 trade per capita in Africa rose by 239.8 US dollars (in 7.6 times) to 276.3 US dollars. The average annual growth of trade per capita in current prices was 5.3 US dollars or 4.6%.
